You spread out the skies over empty space, said "Let There Be Light"
Into a dark and formless world, Your light was born
You spread out Your arms over empty hearts, said "Let There Be Light"
Into a dark and hopeless world Your Son was born

Today I choose to escape from this reality for a moment, into the world of music, gospel songs.
And countless times, I look upon the sky, I couldn't stop smiling, and express how great, how beautiful, how mighty, how glorious He is. I was utterly speechless, He's just indescribable, more awesome that you can imagine, and I really meant it.
When I'm frantic, He told me He has not given me the spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline. When I'm alone, He told me He'll never leave me nor forsake me. When I give up, He told me He has plans for me, plans to prosper me and not to harm me, plans to give me a hope and future. When I'm weak, He told me He is my fortress, my rock and I can lean on Him. He takes my old, withered life, and transforms it. I'm dead and lifeless, yet God arrives, and changes everything. He gave me a new life, surprising, beautiful life.
It's so difficult to love Him more than anything. But I'll make sure I'll use every talent He has installed for me, I'll use it to serve Him, I'll use it for His glory. And when He calls me, I won't refuse or delay, I want to follow Isaiah, to step forward and said "Here am I, send me."
