60 seconds = 1 minute, 60 minutes = 1 hour, 24 hours = 1 day, 365 days = 1 year.Time, a thing that loves to disobey you, runs during your happy moments and lays around lazily during your boring moments. It partners with clocks and watches, annoying your beauty sleep. People say, it has a power to heal your heart too.
For the last 365 days, I had set an aim, it is "To Achieve The Impossible". And I'm so grateful that God did help to accomplish it. Can't remember all of it but yea, some.
1.School's merentas desa, decided to just give it a try, and managed to get 15th, bronze medal. Miracle.
2. A senior came to me during Sports Day, a runner was injured and asked me whether I could replace her. It was 10 minutes before the race start, after a slight warm up and prayer, I take off. I passed the finishing line, people came hugging me and realise I got a gold medal in my hand. Miracle.
3. Became more involve in God's work, Christian events that I'd join.
- Meta Camp, RR Gathering, Meta Aftershock, Run For The Nation, Taming The Tiger, Copa Iba, ISCF, Indoor Games Fiesta, Iba Unplugged, Bethany Chapel Massive Carnival, Acts Teen Christmas Party, CF Christmas Party, HYC Christmas Production and much much much more.
4. Was actually thinking whether I can get something without doing anything. "Chung Wee Kye", everyone stared at me, stand up and retrieve a trophy? Label - Johan Teka Silang Kata. Hahaha, it happened. My friend told me that I was actually the last person to pass up, but she accidentally put my paper on top of the pile. Miracle.
5. A noob in playing Ping Pong, lucky drawed an expert partner. At last, got champion for ping pong mixed doubles? hahaha miracle again.
6. Realised I got a big interest in making posters and videos, and the talent was used at church. Awesome.
7. Persuaded my friend Whitney to church! And Chooi Ling to join prayer meeting!
Haha and alot more which I can't think of in this hyper mood. God, thank you for all the blessings, You made me feel like the luckiest person on earth, and when everything falls to the ground, I'll still be thankful for the love in You I found.
Soon, the skies are gonna fill with fireworks, welcoming 2011. Will it be a great year? I know it would if I choose to. :D
