Families from overseas landing at the local airport, homes and streets decorated with pine trees, lights, churches putting up banners of this event, carols, parents discussing about presents to give. Ah, the joy of Christmas.
As for me, I was busy with my usual habits. Taking out my pen and papers, I started scribbling this words:

WISHLIST
1. DSLR Camera
2. Canverse
3. Nokia N97
4. Novels

I was stuck right after, glancing through my room, what do I want? My eyes stop right at the top shelve of my cupboard, where my bible stood still. And then it strike me that the things written on my wishlist aren't exactly the things that I needed, it is actually what I desire and of course it's temporal.

The bible says Christmas is the day Jesus was born. God had given His son. It's the day Heaven opens up for man and generations who bow down and believe in Him. Where there's hope for sinners.

"Beautiful Jesus, how may I bless your heart? Knees to the earth I bow down to everything you are. Wonderful Savior, my heart belongs to Thee, I will remember always the blood you shed for me, so I will embrace you always as I walk this earth."

Oh Lord, as I practice this choir hymns, let me constantly remember that I already had the greatest gift - Jesus and the world will never take You away. :)
