Do u really hate yourself? Need inspiration? The most common idea is to listen to the music lyrics. Feel the beat and start dancing, it can really change your mood. Headphones at full blast,close your eyes, take yourself to another world. REMINDER: make sure your Ipod or Mp3 battery is not low.

Stand in the middle of the street, target a person and spy him/her. Sometimes u will have the desire to be him/her friend, or maybe get envy of him/her outfit. I would suggest you to see happy people, yea, those that are laughing and smiling. When it gets bored, find another victim. REMINDER: spy professionally, do not get caught.

Take out your pencil and notebook, write an article. If you really open your mind, u will realise there's so much things to write about. So much perspective about life, and yours may be a great one too. And when u decided to post it on the web, don't forget to tell me. I will be the first to read it. REMINDER: don't write bad words,  I am begging u.

Get fit! Go for outing, exp: wall climbing, hiking, swimming or travelling. It would be better if u invite your friends or family. And yea, snap some great pictures, keep those memories. In case you're not the sport kind of person, go shopping, spend your money. Don't keep it in your piggy bank forever. If you're broke, have a sleepover then. REMINDER: throw all your worries and troubles away.

Young people, whatever u do, do it for the glory of God. Look at the mirror now, the person in front of u is gonna help change this world into a better place. There's only one YOU in this world, u are s-p-e-c-i-a-l!

    Yeah , i hate myself so much , i always think that i'm right , always make my parents worried , always scold bad word to those who like to disturb me .
    This is because of her , she's totally vanished in my life . I miss her so much . Seriously.

    But at this point , someone entered my life ,
    she taught me and help me find back something that i had once upon a time.

    God created her to changed me ,
    i don't care the outcome .
    I regret before,
    this time , i will be brave ,
    i dont care the outcome!

So, it's been 8 months of disappearance. To be honest, there is no solid reasons why I had been away. All I can say is I had been busy. Yes, busy busy busy. And sometimes, I couldn't figure out what I'm actually doing all the time, what steals my precious time away? The memory of my first experience in the Orang Asli Mission still shines vividly in my mind. It was a few days before Christmas, in 2009, the year before last year.
